About the Position

As a special chef, you will work on assignments at various restaurants that require your specific expertise in authentic dishes. We are looking for someone who masters techniques and recipes within a specialized kitchen, for example: ✔ Middle Eastern and Arabic cooking

✔ Indian and South Asian gastronomy

✔ Chinese or Japanese fine dining

✔ African and North African dishes

✔ Latin American and Mexican cooking

✔ Other specialized culinary expertise
