Within the social care administration, about 1200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home care, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The system administrator is part of the Secretariat and Development Unit for the social care administration, where the administration's IT organization is located.

As a system administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and development of the administration's operational systems.

In this role, you will:

• Administer and develop operational systems by implementing new features and modules in collaboration with the operations.
• Troubleshoot and handle support cases, including error reports to system suppliers and the IT department.
• Be responsible for access administration, including creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts according to security regulations.
• Prepare statistical reports.
• Educate and support users in system management and assist with training materials.
• Lead and conduct meetings with a working group of superusers.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations, as well as work with log controls and journal retention.

You will be part of an engaged team and have close collaboration with colleagues working in the same area, where development issues are a central part of the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant education or experience deemed suitable for a system administrator role. You have experience working in systems and find it easy to support users and understand their needs. Experience working within or closely related to healthcare or social care is an advantage.
