Do you want to drive sales of digital solutions, develop the business, and build long-term customer relationships? We are now looking for a business-driven technical salesperson who can identify new business opportunities and close deals.

About the role
We are looking for a driven technical salesperson who wants to work with digital solutions for queue systems and customer flow management. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from identifying and analyzing customer needs to building relationships and driving deals to completion. You will contact new customers, schedule meetings, and create business opportunities while also developing existing customer relationships and helping them maximize the value of the product.

The work involves both shorter and longer sales cycles where you guide customers through the process, from initial contact to the implementation of a tailored solution. You will build your own pipeline, work strategically with new customer acquisition, and create long-term partnerships with companies where effective booking and flow management systems are crucial.

About you
We see you as a driven and ambitious salesperson who takes initiative and enjoys independently creating business opportunities. You have sales experience and a good technical understanding, which allows you to quickly grasp the functionality of the products and their value to the customer. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled at building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements
• At least three years of sales experience in a relevant field
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• B driver's license and the ability to travel 1–2 days a week

Preferred qualifications
• Experience in solution selling
• Good understanding of finance and business analysis
• Background in SaaS or software sales

Customers are largely found within healthcare and retail, where Renovotec works closely with technology partners such as Qmatic & Elo, allowing them to offer solutions that are smooth and compatible with modern software. The small team in central Gothenburg works closely together and focuses on delivering effective and user-friendly solutions for the Nordic market.
