We are looking for someone who is a good team player, contributes to a positive work environment, is confident and experienced in their role, has a warm and welcoming personality, and wants to deliver fantastic service together with us.

Idyllic Sjöpaviljongen is a classic lakeside restaurant that upholds the banner of Swedish culinary heritage. We are open year-round and adhere closely to traditions, both in terms of taste and calendar. Throughout the year, we celebrate Easter, Father's and Mother's Day, Midsummer, crayfish premiere, Christmas, and New Year's. Our menus are based on classic Swedish flavors with an emphasis on seafood and grilling – Swedish culinary craftsmanship inspired by the changing seasons.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest and good knowledge of food and beverages
• Has several years of experience in a la carte service
• Is flexible, creative, and solution-oriented
• Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
• Is structured, organized, and has good teamwork skills
