Substitute Chef, Full-time 100% with Opportunity for Permanent Employment

Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a passionate chef who can handle both hot and cold kitchens and who wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center. With curiosity and enthusiasm, you create flavorful and well-prepared dishes with a focus on sustainability.

The role includes daily work with self-control, having good knowledge of allergens and being able to account for all ingredients, ordering and receiving goods, as well as waste management. You will also assist in menu planning and inventory, and have customer interaction during service.

About Restaurant Bruket

We are an open lunch restaurant located at NCC's headquarters at Järva Krog. In addition to breakfast and lunch, we have catering operations in-house and to other companies in the area, as well as running a small café in the building. Evening work may occur in some form during booked events. We are open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:30.

Who are you?

• You need to be 18 years or older.
• You have education in hotel and restaurant management with a focus on cooking or equivalent.
• You have previous experience in restaurant work.
• You have the ability to plan and structure work effectively.
• Through your passion, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service and quality in what you deliver.
• You see your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating.
• You can take your own initiatives and are flexible in your professional role.
• You speak and write Swedish.
• Experience with menu planning systems is a plus.
