Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our team as a Project Manager at Hällgren Nord AB!

As a project manager with us, you will play a key role in our construction and demolition projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on projects from start to completion. At Hällgren Nord AB, you are never alone in your work. Your responsibilities include:

Calculating projects and estimating costs, resources, and risk analyses to carry out projects from start to finish.
Leading and distributing work on-site and ensuring that the project follows timelines and budgets.
Coordinating work teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensuring that all work is carried out according to applicable regulations and safety guidelines, especially when handling asbestos and other hazardous materials.
Responsible for reporting and communication with clients and workgroups.

Candidate Profile

Experience in construction and demolition: At least 5 years of experience in project management of construction and demolition projects.
Desirable experience with asbestos: Experience working with asbestos management or demolition of asbestos-containing materials is a significant plus.
Technical understanding and construction competence: Good understanding of construction processes and material handling.
Leadership skills: Ability to organize, lead teams, and take responsibility for the success of projects.
Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.

As a project manager, you are the person responsible for keeping the project together and ensuring that communication and collaboration work between all parties involved in the project and that objectives are met. Therefore, we value high social competence and the ability to drive projects effectively with a positive approach. You are unpretentious, attentive, and skilled at creating a trusting dialogue with others. It is a plus if you have a large network within the industry.
