Jain Trädgård AB is growing, and to meet the increasing demand from customers, we are now looking for an additional Working Supervisor.

We care for, maintain, and manage municipal parks and green areas, housing cooperatives, schools, and preschools.

We are a team consisting of park workers, construction workers, team leaders, supervisors, and a CEO who are committed to creating pleasant and safe green environments. We prioritize a good and safe working environment.

As a supervisor, you will plan, develop, and lead the work for your group.

Your responsibilities include planning tasks to be performed at the sites, meeting with both new and existing customers, guiding our contractors, participating in operational meetings, and responding to incoming feedback and reports of issues.

Who are you?

You have post-secondary education in green professions such as horticulturist, landscape engineer, or similar, as well as good computer skills. You possess knowledge of practical gardening and have experience with similar tasks within a municipality or authority, along with documented experience in project and work management. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is required.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, where we are looking for someone with a strong drive and the ability to work independently. You collaborate well with your workgroup, contractors, and other colleagues, contributing to a positive work environment.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.
