Do you want to help grow local leafy greens in a mine outside Kumla? We are now looking for summer workers for our indoor farm where we produce leafy greens and herbs in a sustainable environment – 40 meters underground!

Job Description

We operate an innovative indoor farm in Kvarntorpsgruvan outside Kumla, where we combine technology and sustainability to create perfect conditions for our plants. Using hydroponic growing techniques and smart lighting, we produce fresh, flavorful, and nutritious crops year-round.

Responsibilities

As a growing worker, you will:

• Harvest, package, and ensure the quality of our products
• Plant and maintain new crops
• Keep the growing environment clean and organized
• Follow hygiene and food safety procedures
• Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and teamwork

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys practical work
• Thrives in physical work and has good teamwork skills
• Has an interest in cultivation, sustainability, or food (a plus)
• Is available to work daytime during the summer months

Previous experience in cultivation or food production is a plus, but not a requirement – the right attitude is the most important!
