You are involved in the team and the development of the business, suggest improvements, and understand that you are an important link to the guest's overall experience at Interpool. When we are busy and the job becomes stressful, it is important that you can handle this constructively, keep working, and fulfill the task of serving the guest in the best way possible.

You need to have knowledge and interest in food and beverages.

We would like you to have worked in serving/bar for 2-4 years. Education is a merit but not a requirement. We hope that you can grow with the task and increase your working hours and responsibilities over time.

If you lack experience in the serving profession but have worked in another service job for 2-4 years and have the right attitude, willingness, and mindset to learn, there are good chances that you will fit in with us.

We take a long-term view of our staff and invest in you if you have ambition and willingness. The position is part-time to start with a great opportunity for full-time for the right person.

A bit of your daily routine at work: You will attend to guests, show them to tables/activities, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle the cash register. You will manage preparations and closing duties and ensure that everything is in place before and after your shift. Your tasks include showing and explaining the basics of our games. You will be involved, help where needed, solve questions as they arise, and take responsibility for ensuring that Interpool is managed and operates in the best way for our guests. When we are at our peak and have events, the work can be stressful, and you need to be able to handle this constructively and keep working with a smile.
