What are we looking for?

We are now looking for someone who wants to develop within Hilti with the aim of eventually taking on a role as Account Manager at Hilti. By starting your career at Hilti as a store salesperson, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in both sales and the construction industry.

This is a sales position that stands out from the crowd as we have a combination of high-performing and supportive work culture. For this position, we are looking for someone who wants to work with and develop in professional sales in one of Hilti's two stores in Gothenburg.

What does the role entail?

This is a role for you who want to develop and work deeply with B2B sales within a dynamic company. As a store salesperson at Hilti, you work, just like our Account Managers, to create long-term customer relationships. Hilti has four different sales channels; E-commerce, inside sales, stores, and Account Managers. In this role, collaboration across functional boundaries is part of everyday life, and teamwork is fundamental.

We will give you significant responsibility to drive and develop your store and customer collaboration with corporate customers in the store's catchment area. You will have ample opportunity to exercise entrepreneurship in your role with the support of Hilti's business model, values, and strategy. It is a practical and independent role where you demonstrate and sell Hilti's products and services. You work towards clear goals together with engaged colleagues in the team.
