Damage Technician at Volvo Car Retail

Are you a person with a great passion for cars, a solution-oriented multitasker with solid experience? Then you are the one we are looking for!

As a Damage Technician, you will work on both large and small repair jobs together with others in your team. This involves disassembling, aligning, sanding, filling, and assembling cars. You will also restore cars to their original condition in all conceivable ways, such as alignment, pulling direction, filling, welding, replacing windshields, and replacing/repairing electrical systems, all according to Volvo's repair instructions.

You will work according to Volvo's damage process and repair instructions, which means that you will both be in and contribute to a good and safe working environment. Together in the team, you will always strive to exceed customer expectations.

Your experience:

  • To deliver, Volvo expects you to have solid experience and education. A great advantage is if you have completed some form of vehicle/bodywork-oriented education.
  • It is preferred that you have a background as a sheet metal worker. A plus is if you can weld.
  • A B driver's license is a requirement.
  • Previous experience with Cabas is an advantage, as is previous work in some of our brand-controlled systems within Volvo.

About the employment:

The employment is a so-called direct recruitment where you will be employed directly by Volvo Car Retail.

The employment is a permanent position with a start date according to agreement and a 6-month probationary period.
