About the role:

We are looking for a structured and analytical Contract Manager who will play a crucial role in the management of contracts and negotiations in a large infrastructure project. You will:

Read, interpret, and formulate contract proposals. Manage and follow up on contracts, amendments, and attachments. Prepare and conduct contract reviews and follow-ups. Collaborate with project managers, lawyers, and other stakeholders. Participate in negotiations and manage communication with suppliers.

We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant higher education in law, economics, or similar. Documented experience in Contract Management.

Negotiation experience and legal expertise.

Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Willingness to travel as needed, primarily to Spain.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with LUF and public procurement.

Background in rail vehicles or the transport sector.

Certification in procurement or contract management (e.g., IACCM).

Additional education in project management or business law.

Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.
