We are now looking for a nurse at Hedens Omvårdnadscenter in Bollnäs. The position is full-time. As a nurse, you will work weekdays from 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM. We offer ongoing methodological training and several benefits.

About Hedens Omvårdnadscenter Hedens Omvårdnadscenter is a residential care facility (HVB) and special accommodation (SoL) for individuals with psychiatric diagnoses. We have 56 places divided into six units: Heden, Hedbacken, Hedgården, Solheden, Björkheden, and Solrosen.

About the role In the role of a nurse, you will be responsible for the work within the HSL part of our operations. This means that you will work with and care for our clients' physical and mental well-being, establish care plans, manage medications, and perform other usual tasks included in the job. As a nurse, you will also be part of the team surrounding each client, which includes support staff, group leaders, unit managers, operational managers, and two additional nurses. We actively work to change the perception of mental disabilities by always starting from individual needs and wishes. As a nurse, you play an important role in our work regarding this. Our goal is to help provide each person with the individual tools and strategies they need to live a meaningful life.

Your experience and knowledge You are a licensed nurse with knowledge of and a strong interest in individuals with psychiatric issues. Often, there is comorbidity with substance abuse in the clients' health picture. We consider it an advantage if you have further education in psychiatry and/or experience in similar work.

About you You see opportunities, have a positive outlook, and a strong commitment to people. The work requires you to be responsible and have personal maturity. You share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and see it as natural to contribute to a positive work environment. Additionally, you have good computer skills and proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
