We are now looking for a business-driven B2B Sales Manager who wants to expand our operations while nurturing existing customers. At APe, you will have the opportunity to work with market-leading brands such as Eloped, Ridetec, Ella, and especially NA Power – our proprietary, configurable energy system based on sodium-ion battery technology.

NA Power is a unique solution that can be tailored to different business needs, from industrial applications to electric vehicles and energy storage. This gives you as a salesperson a fantastic opportunity to offer customized solutions to customers and create long-term business relationships.

With us, you will not only work with future technology – you will also have access to AI support through Copilot, which helps you optimize sales processes, prospecting, and customer dialogues.

About the role

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and driving the sales process forward. The role involves consultative selling, which requires a genuine interest in technology and the ability to adapt NA Power and our other products to the customer’s needs – from small businesses to large organizations.

Your main tasks:

  • Build and develop business relationships within the B2B sector
  • Drive sales of NA Power – our proprietary, configurable energy solution
  • Conduct presentations and sales meetings with buyers, technicians, and decision-makers
  • Use AI tools to streamline sales processes and customer follow-ups
  • Build a partner network in the Nordics
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events
  • Drive sales projects from prospect to close
  • Plan and conduct sales trips and customer visits

Who are you?

We are looking for a structured, energetic, and business-driven person with a passion for technology and sales. You are a self-driven relationship builder who enjoys working strategically and long-term.

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology, energy, or electric vehicles
  • Documented experience of reaching and exceeding sales targets
  • Structured and methodical – you work systematically with sales processes and follow-ups
  • Ability to deliver presentations and build trust with decision-makers
  • Experience with CRM systems and AI support in sales (e.g., Copilot) is an advantage
  • Technical understanding, particularly in battery technology or energy storage, is a plus
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Driver's license B

Meritorious:

  • Experience in strategic business development
  • Marketing education or similar relevant background
  • Technical understanding or experience in technical service is an advantage

  • Seasonal work:
  • During the peak season (April–September), you will primarily work from the office in Malmö.
  • During the off-season (October–March), you will focus on business development, networking, and travel.
