BARTENDERS WANTED FOR PUBLIK NIGHTCLUB IN VÄSTERÅS

About us: Publik is a nightclub in the heart of Västerås where good food, great drinks, and fantastic atmosphere meet. We always strive to give our guests a memorable experience and are now looking for more bartenders who want to help create magic behind the bar.

About the position:

• Employment type: Probationary employment
• Scope: 50-80% and occasional days as needed
• Working hours: Evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve drinks with high precision and creativity
• Provide guests with a warm and professional welcome
• Handle cash register and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a nightclub environment
• Is service-minded, social, and able to handle stress
• Has good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages
• Is flexible and enjoys working evenings and weekends
• Has an eye for detail and always puts the guest first
