This is included in the position

As a customer service representative in our team, you will:

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding train departures, payments, bookings, delays, and refunds.
• Register and manage customer cases in our systems to keep them continuously updated.
• Always strive to resolve the customer's incoming issue in an efficient and solution-oriented manner.
• Work towards set goals to help you develop.

Qualifications for the position

Concentrix and you are a good match if:

• You can work full-time during the summer between May 12 or June 16 - August 31
• You have the ability to work from our office in Ånge
• You have good computer skills
• You have a sense of good customer service and a motivation to provide just that
• You have passing grades from high school in Swedish 1/A and English 5/A
• You are service-minded and enjoy learning new things

LOCATION: Ånge

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Temporary employment until 2025-08-31, with the possibility of extension.

WORKING HOURS: Varied working hours, Monday-Sunday between 06:00 AM - 10:00 PM
