We are now looking for someone to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Kvissleby. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The employment spans the summer months and the position is approximately 28 hours per week.

You are expected to be able to work all summer weeks between weeks 27-33. There is a possibility for continued work after the period ends.

In your role as a salesperson with us

The work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, manage the stockroom, and restock items on our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant encounters characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to serve customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a good customer meeting.
• Can work varying hours, earliest from 06:00 and latest until 22:00 in June, July, and August.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible approach, a curious mindset to learn new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.

It is a plus if you have experience working in a service role and/or with food and beverages.
