Temporary Position in Customer Service

Härnösand Energi & Miljö, HEMAB, is an integral part of Härnösand. We deliver heating, water, electricity, and manage recycling. We produce green electricity through our wind turbines and our combined heat and power plant powered by biofuels, and we also take an active role in the local community, contributing to areas such as education and integration.

We are looking for a temporary employee for our Customer Service.

About the Job

At HEMAB, we take an active role in the local community, and our operations are vital for the positive development of Härnösand. You will work alongside all our operations – including electricity networks, recycling, district heating, water, wind power, biogas, and electricity sales.

To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable assisting our customers with any questions they may have, such as:

• subscription inquiries
• billing questions
• moving inquiries
• information about measurement values
• data changes
• simple statistics

Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person visits, but other tasks may also arise periodically. You are part of a close-knit team that supports each other and steps in where needed.

About You

The role of Customer Service Administrator is an important service position for us and places high demands on your interaction with our customers. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is self-driven, service-oriented, and enjoys working in a team.

You have previous experience in customer service and handling various support systems in your work.

Your formal qualifications include a high school diploma with good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English. If you have additional languages, that is an advantage.

You are a person who spreads positive energy and contributes to a good working environment. In the final selection, we will place great importance on your personal qualities.
