Part-time Job and Summer Job 2025 at HSB

Are you structured, service-oriented, and looking for a part-time job as needed alongside your studies, as well as a full-time summer job in 2025 for about 6-8 weeks? Then we have the position for you! Introduction for the position will take place immediately!

We are now looking for new employees for our client HSB, located in central Sundsvall. HSB plans, finances, builds, and manages housing throughout Sweden – a total of approximately 25,000 rental apartments and 340,000 condominium apartments. They also offer Sweden's largest housing savings program, which provides priority access to rental apartments and newly built condominiums. HSB is owned by all its members. With nearly 650,000 members in 26 HSB associations, they are Sweden's largest housing cooperative.

You will be part of a team of administrators at HSB's fault reporting department, handling the company's fault reports and orders. Fault reports mainly come in via phone and email, and your tasks will also include creating work orders and forwarding them to the appropriate contractors.

To be eligible for the assignment, you must be studying at least 50% and be available for work as needed; the need varies from week to week. We want you to be able to work during the summer of 2025 for 6 weeks during the period of week 26-31 or week 28-33.

You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a hired consultant for our client. Working hours are weekdays - office hours, the schedule is flexible, and you will plan your working hours week by week. Start of assignment and introduction will be agreed upon.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You who are applying for this position are self-driven and solution-focused. You study at least 50% and have at least 1 year left of your studies and can work during the summer and start immediately. You are social, service-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in handling housing issues and customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement - the same applies to previous jobs in customer service or finance via phone. As a person, you are a problem solver, stress-resistant, and engaged in your work.
