We need to strengthen our team. Norrlandsfärg is the specialty trade for paint, wallpaper, and flooring. The company was founded in 1965 and we are an independent locally owned store. Color, form, and customer service are something that is ingrained in our walls.

Sales are made to both private individuals and companies. We sell in-store but also online.

Today, we are a group that works closely together, so it is a requirement to be a team player who can collaborate with others as is required in smaller workplaces. The job also involves a fair amount of lifting, and if you know that this could be a problem, you should not apply. The job naturally involves a lot of customer contact in-store, by phone, and also via email. If you can honestly say that you are customer-oriented regardless of the situation, you have a very good chance of fitting in with us. Handling stress is an important factor as we have high demand during the summer.

We have generous opening hours that include evenings and weekends.

If you are cheerful, energetic, and want to learn new things continuously, you should consider applying for a job with us. It is a plus if you have previous experience in retail. If you also have experience in specialty retail in the same industry, that is an extra plus but not decisive.

Employment will be in the form of a probationary period and will initially be at 50%. We apply the recommended wages of the Trade Agreement.
