About the role

In this role, you will support Shared Functions in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will be part of a team that works with business strategic recommendations, process automation, and development of financial tools.

Your responsibilities include:

Financial planning & analysis – Consolidate and analyze financial reports and support monthly reporting to management. Business insights & reporting – Compile data for business reviews and reporting. Automation & systems – Maintain and improve standard reports in Excel, BI tools, and other systems. Process improvement – Support the development of financial self-service and drive process automation.

About the team & department

The financial management team consists of several specialized units focusing on different business areas. This role is within the Systems & Reporting team, which is responsible for streamlining workflows, developing reports, and improving processes for the entire organization.

In your role, you will work with group reporting, system administration, and further development of self-service tools like Power BI and Excel.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within Business Controlling or FP&A, with a focus on cost analysis. Strong understanding of financial drivers and business management. Experience in reporting to senior management – it is an advantage if you have worked in a management team. Excellent skills in Excel and experience working with automation. Fluent in English and good knowledge of Swedish.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in group reporting within a publicly traded company with a matrix organization. Knowledge of Power Query.

Passion for simplification, automation, and efficiency. Self-driven and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude. Interest in technology, data management, and automating manual processes.
