Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a teacher for grades 4-6 to Kulladalskolan!

In your role, you will conduct teaching and related tasks such as preparation and follow-up of lessons as well as grading. You will join a school with a very high proportion of qualified teachers, primary teachers in after-school care, and leisure pedagogues where we value competence and the ability to create good relationships. You will be part of a work team where you collaborate to ensure equity in teaching. In your teaching assignment with us, you will also engage in ongoing development work. A development work where you, together with other school staff, actively work to establish and maintain a good learning and working environment for students and staff at our school. Your role includes mentorship for a class where you closely follow your mentees in their study development and personal growth.

Qualifications

You who apply are a certified teacher with qualifications for teaching grades 4-6 in subjects Math/Swe/Tech/Sci/Eng who, like us, is passionate about knowledge and high goal fulfillment for our students. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, we consider it an advantage. You have a good understanding of and knowledge about the school's governing documents and can effectively use them in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a calm and conducive learning environment for our students throughout their school day.

Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and with a good knowledge and familiarity, you work effectively with relevant digital tools. Of course, you have a professional approach and work towards good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school. You have the willingness to collaborate in teams and engage in development work both with students, in the work team, and at the school. To fit as a primary school teacher with us, it is important that you have the ability to create trusting relationships with both colleagues and students, guardians, and other actors around the student. You are expected to have a clear student focus and a structured and varied teaching style so that all students learn and develop.
