Do you want to make a difference in people's everyday lives? My name is Therese, and I am the operations manager at Gotlands Hemtjänster. Together with Maria, the unit manager in Hemse, I am now looking for an engaged and responsible coordinator for our office in Klintehamn.

About the position:

As a coordinator at Gotlands Hemtjänster, you will play a central role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible care and support based on each individual's needs and wishes. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating efforts for our customers as well as leading and supporting our employees in their daily work. Your work will be crucial in creating a safe and pleasant environment for customers, relatives, and employees.

Your tasks will include:

• Planning and scheduling home care services and staff
• Contact with customers and relatives
• Supporting and guiding employees in their work as well as leading APT and group meetings
• Collaborating with other professional groups and creating a holistic view of our customers
• Contributing to a positive work environment by promoting laughter, lightness, humility, and helpfulness
• Being responsible for the on-call phone according to the schedule
• Handling administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting
• Additional delegated tasks may be added

We are looking for someone who

• Is solution-oriented, structured, responsible, and has the ability to prioritize in a varied workday
• Considers quality and good responsiveness as a given
• Has a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• Has good computer skills and can easily familiarize yourself with new systems
• We see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in healthcare and social services, preferably in a coordinating or leading role
