Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency makes 24 million decisions that affect people's lives and the entire society. We pay out approximately 250 billion SEK each year. It is everyone’s tax money that we manage. It is a great responsibility. Therefore, we think innovatively and use the latest technology to simplify and improve, develop and deliver IT services for the Swedish social insurance system. Welcome to one of Sweden's largest IT departments.

Decisions and payments are made digitally, and therefore the IT department's mission within the Swedish Social Insurance Agency is crucial. The department consists of about 1300 employees and a number of consultants distributed across 8 IT offices in Sweden. The IT department is led by a CIO office where business and financial management, legal IT expertise, and the office for coordinated secure government IT operations are gathered.

Documentation, Internal and External Collaboration
As an administrative assistant within the CIO office, you contribute to the organization's various missions. The role involves close collaboration with the business, and in your work, you take your own initiatives for improvement. You will play a significant role in the management's communication with the outside world, focusing on communicative packaging of deliveries, and should therefore have an eye for detail, communication, and the Swedish language.

In your work, you will handle meeting documentation, personnel administration, permissions, and purchases. You will coordinate and follow up on activities related to work environment, business planning, conferences, and more. The position also involves working with record-keeping and the organization's administrative processes. You will collaborate with and be a contact person for other departments both internally and externally. You will work together with the CIO's assistant and provide support and reinforcement as needed.

It is an advantage if you

  • have a university or college education
  • have good knowledge of the Office suite
  • have experience in written communication
  • have experience in IT operations

A position, permanent employment, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment.
