About the position

The position is a parental leave cover with a planned start date of 2025-08-01 and is expected to last for 12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for the service segment of cleaning in Tranås and Aneby together with 2 other area managers.

As a temporary area manager at Samhall, you will be responsible for employees, customer relations, as well as operations and daily management, which means a varied, exciting, and operational job.

You have a clear responsibility to develop your employees and match the right employees to the right assignments. You develop workgroups and work on coaching your employees towards new jobs outside of Samhall, which is one of your most important goals. Coaching includes motivating, establishing business contacts for recruitment collaborations, and creating conditions for development through work and education.

In customer responsibility, you are expected to develop cooperation with both existing and new customers. Depending on the nature and size of the assignments, you as an area manager will be responsible for either one or several assignments. You work in a team with others to contribute to the district's goal fulfillment and profitability while working towards individual goals and budgets. As the person responsible for operations, you ensure that the right person is in the right place and actively work to ensure a good working environment and satisfied customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Leadership experience, preferably with personnel responsibility
  • Experience working operationally with staff and customers
  • Experience in leadership within cleaning, INSTA 800, SRY, or PRYL
  • At least a high school education (Requirement)
  • Driver's license B is required for the position (Requirement)

You have the ability to develop and coach your employees and match the right person to the right assignment. You enjoy creating contacts and developing good relationships both internally and externally.
