Bräcke Primary Care Area consists of the health centers in Bräcke and Kälarne. Here, among others, doctors, district nurses, child health nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, medical secretaries, and nursing assistants work.

Exciting things are currently happening in the area. We are developing healthcare and finding new ways to meet patients' needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a district nurse at Bräcke health center involves both traditional tasks such as outpatient work, telephone counseling, and working in teams with doctors and other staff at our minor emergency unit. There may also be opportunities to specialize in areas such as diabetes or coordination assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed nurse with further education as a district nurse.

You have a genuine interest in people and focus on the patient. We expect you to contribute your expertise and a good approach to give patients the best possible care together with your colleagues. You thrive in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good working atmosphere as you have initiative and a sense of responsibility. Experience from similar tasks is an advantage.
