Are you a natural leader with experience in sales? Do you want to help build a successful team and develop salespeople to their full potential? Then this is a role for you!

As a Team Leader with us, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of 5–10 salespeople. Your primary task is to ensure that the team meets its sales targets through daily follow-up, training, and strategic development, while also being responsible for your own sales. We work with sales to private individuals via phone and are looking for a results-oriented leader who can elevate their team to new heights.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily coaching and follow-up on team performance
• Setting, tracking, and ensuring sales targets are met
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new salespeople
• Analyzing sales results and implementing improvement measures
• Personal sales

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in telemarketing
• Has previous experience leading teams or a clear desire to take the next step in leadership
• Is an inspiring and motivating leader who gets others to perform at their best
• Has strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Is structured, goal-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
