In spring 2017, a collaboration with Vattenfall regarding heat pump installations began. Vattenfall has been the 100% owner of the Enwell Group since 2021 and currently has about 250 employees, from Skåne in the south to Umeå in the north, with a turnover of over 750 million SEK.

We are now looking for a Contract Salesperson for sustainable energy solutions in Gothenburg!
Enwell Gothenburg is a general contractor that creates sustainable energy solutions for larger properties. We carry out all measures related to indoor climate, including drainage, climate shells, air treatment, heating systems, solar power systems, and charging stations for electric vehicles. We are involved in the entire process, from feasibility studies and project planning to installation, monitoring, and service. We have extensive experience in managing energy-smart projects.
About the Role: As a Contract Salesperson at Enwell Gothenburg, you will be responsible for the entire sales process from the first customer contact to contract and final inspection. You will work closely with our large property customers to understand their needs and offer tailored energy solutions that contribute to a more environmentally friendly future. As a contract salesperson at Enwell, you will work with procurement and bids while simultaneously driving projects and building good relationships. You will have access to a highly competent network within Enwell.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop business opportunities through proactive sales and build long-term customer relationships with large property customers.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process from the first customer contact to contract.
- Project manage the production process and ensure a smooth final inspection with the customer.
- Be responsible for procurement and bid submission.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in technical sales and working with the entire sales process.
- Experience in HVAC/building automation or similar technical installations.
- Experience from the contracting side as a project manager.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Driver's license (B).
- High school education.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite.
- Documented good experience of working independently towards individual and shared goals.
Meritorious:
- Knowledge of contract law.
- Experience in project management within contracting.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- We consider it an advantage if you already have a large network in the Gothenburg area, particularly focusing on small to medium-sized contracts.

- Service-oriented and solution-focused: You should have a strong customer focus and the ability to find solutions that meet the customer's needs and expectations. Balancing quality and cost is important to deliver value to the customer.
- Project management: You can lead projects in a cost-effective and profitable manner. This includes having good communication with all parties involved, from customers to internal team members, to ensure that the project is executed as planned.
- Specialist knowledge: Deep knowledge in your field is necessary to provide expert advice and guidance. Additionally, you should be able to share your knowledge with colleagues to enhance accuracy and quality in projects and documents.

Location: Mölnlycke or Kungälv.
Employment: Permanent, 100%.
Travel and company car: Travel is included. We offer a company car.
