IT Manager at Stille

We are looking for a committed and driven IT Manager for our international group with operations in several countries! As an IT Manager, you will have a central role in coordinating and developing our IT environment across different markets. The position offers a unique opportunity to work broadly and variably with everything from network infrastructure and server management to website maintenance and software. You will collaborate with colleagues in several countries and ensure that our IT solutions support the business goals, both locally and globally. About the role

As an IT Manager, you have a central role in ensuring a stable, secure, and cost-effective IT environment. You work both strategically and operationally with IT infrastructure, system development, and digitization. You collaborate with external IT providers and support the business in making well-founded IT decisions. The role involves significant personal responsibility and a varied day-to-day where you manage both long-term projects and daily IT operations.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for IT infrastructure, systems, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with IT providers and ensure stable operation of servers, networks, and systems.
• Drive and prioritize development and digitization projects.
• Ensure information security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., NIS, ISO 27000, ISO 13485).
• Support the business in IT-related decisions and efficiency improvements.
• Manage technical onboarding and IT equipment for new staff.
• Be responsible for supplier management, procurement, and contract management within the IT area.

We are looking for someone who

• Is an IT generalist with experience in both operations, development, and strategy.
• Has a good understanding of information security and regulatory requirements.
• Has experience in driving digitization projects with a focus on business benefits.
• Thrives in an operational role and has a solution-oriented mindset.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
• Is structured, analytical, and has strong collaboration skills.
• You are curious and eager to learn new things, can easily absorb information, and have an interest in keeping up with developments in your area of responsibility.

Personal suitability is of great importance, and we believe that you have a strong commitment, are quick to learn, are pedagogical, and have good collaboration skills while also being confident in working independently.

In your work style, you are structured, meticulous, and self-driven. You are cost-conscious, focused on achieving good results, and an effective problem solver without compromising on quality and security.

Previous experience with systems such as Monitor ERP, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365 platform, including Intune, Entra, and Azure, is considered an advantage.

The position is a full-time role based in Torshälla.
