Ljusdal Energi is a municipal-owned group consisting of over 90 people. The business areas span electricity trading, electricity production, electricity networks, water, waste management, broadband, and district heating.

Ljusdal Renhållning AB is responsible for collecting FNI and household waste, emptying sludge from individual sewage facilities, and operating our modern recycling center Åkerslund. Our market covers the entire Ljusdal municipality. This involves an annual handling of about 12,000 tons of waste for reuse, recycling, incineration, and ultimately landfilling. Our operations entail a significant social responsibility as our reliable service affects people's daily lives and contributes to a good quality of life for our customers.

We are now looking for a driver who loves to drive trucks/waste collection vehicles and is willing to provide the best possible service to our customers throughout Ljusdal municipality.

About the job

You will primarily work with the collection of various types of recyclable materials and household waste, including food waste. It is important that you genuinely enjoy driving heavy vehicles and are prepared to work in all weather conditions and terrains with a cheerful and positive attitude. Every day you will start from Åkerslund in Ljusdal and return after collection. You will work in a team with colleagues. Our expectation for our new team member is that you contribute with engagement and a cheerful spirit, new ideas, and a desire to always satisfy the customer. The work is partly physically demanding.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a C license and YKB.

You are an independent team player, quick to learn new things, responsible, and equipped with a good sense of direction.

As a person, you are stress-resistant, meticulous, flexible, and service-oriented with good collaboration skills. You take pride in performing your work excellently. The work is partly physically demanding, and it is an absolute requirement that you have the physical ability to handle the stresses of the job.

Above all, you have a positive attitude!

You should also be computer literate to work in our traffic system.

To communicate with customers internally and externally and to understand safety regulations, you must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

The employment is a fixed-term position during the period 250601-250831.

We have a collective agreement.
