You & Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find the way and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a must to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from rural areas to cities. We are working purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be an important part of this by being trained in eco-driving. Together, we are working to become fossil-free by 2030.

Are you a student or have another occupation and want to work extra? This is a job for you if you are flexible with shifts that often occur at short notice. You will work between 0 and 39.9% of a full-time position and may be offered shifts from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. You will be based at Postplan 14 Ljusdal. We also see that you are interested in working during the summer!

What You Will Do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing letters and packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are, whether they are agents, private or business customers.

Who You Are

• Curious and self-driven: A large part of the job is done alone, but teamwork is important.
• Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are keywords. So is order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to rely on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you are seated during travel, but you need to be able to lift during pickups and deliveries. For this, you need to have good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned events require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling.
• You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma
• Category B driver's license and experience driving a car
• Swedish language skills in speaking and writing
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to find solutions
