WireFlow is the company that was founded in 2011 based on the passion and desire of four engineers to create products "by engineers for engineers".

Today, the company develops, manufactures, and sells advanced electronics and software components to customers worldwide.

WireFlow offers customized solutions primarily in:

  • Production Testing (PCB testing): Test systems for electronics
  • Battery Solutions: Primarily in the aftermarket - repair, refurbishment, remanufacturing, repurposing, and recycling
  • Logger Systems: For collecting large amounts of data

WireFlow has several integration services and deep expertise in National Instruments (NI) platforms, including LabVIEW, TestStand, and CompactRIO.

WireFlow is now looking for a Technical Sales Manager who wants to drive sales primarily of production testing and battery solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, generating leads, presenting tailored solutions, and building long-term customer relationships.

You will report to the CEO, Johan Sandquist. WireFlow is a company that believes in collaboration and that each person contributes their specialized skills to the team's work. The headquarters is located in Krokslätts Fabriker in Gothenburg, and the company currently has 12 employees.

Responsibilities

You will primarily be responsible for the following areas:

  • Generate and qualify leads to drive new business opportunities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in technical sales
  • Manage the entire sales process – from initial customer contact to quote, negotiation, and closure
  • Present and demonstrate technical solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that solutions match customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Use and update the CRM system to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline
  • Work KPI-driven and results-oriented to ensure sales targets and business growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent WireFlow at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports
Qualifications & Competencies

Professional experiences:

  • Post-secondary education, e.g., engineering degree or education in business/economics
  • Experience in technical sales
  • Documented experience in lead generation and prospecting
  • Experience working with CRM systems for sales tracking and customer management
  • KPI-driven and results-oriented work approach, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly and tailored to the customer
  • Experience with test and measurement solutions or embedded systems

Personal profile:

  • Results-oriented
  • Driven, self-starter, and proactive
  • Relationship-oriented - both internally and externally
  • Creative - brings new ideas, can build a customer portfolio from scratch

Location

The role is based at the headquarters in Krokslätts Fabriker in Mölndal/Gothenburg. You should be comfortable with proactive sales throughout Sweden and also internationally.

As LabVIEW programmers, hardware designers, integrators, system architects, and instructors, they had learned to appreciate the intuitive usability of the NI platform.
