ABOUT THE POSITION

Pahlén has a long tradition of developing and manufacturing high-quality products for pool and water solutions. They are a growing organization that combines innovative technology with solid knowledge to create sustainable products of high quality.

In the role of Mechanical Designer/Product Developer at Pahlén, you will have the opportunity to work on projects of varying complexity, from designing manual fixtures and test rigs to production solutions and finished products. Here, you will be part of the development of high-quality products appreciated by both individuals and professionals in the construction and pool industry.

The team currently consists of three people, and together with your colleagues, you will play a central role in ensuring that Pahlén continues to be one of Sweden's leading innovators in pool equipment. This is a long-term consultancy assignment with the possibility of permanent employment in the future.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is versatile and involves work with:

  • Concept development
  • Prototype development
  • Product realization
  • Project management

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics
  • Has at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a designer
  • Has good knowledge of 3D CAD within Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar
  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English as both languages are used within the organization

It is a merit if you:

  • Have experience/knowledge in electrical design
  • Have experience working practically in a workshop environment
