We are looking for our future customer service representative to join our team at Tavex AB!

If you are customer service-oriented, passionate about achieving sales goals, driven, can work in a dynamic environment, and thrive on new challenges, while also being a true team player – then you are a perfect fit for this position!

Your tasks and responsibilities in this position will include:

• Communicating with customers visiting the store and providing them with information and guidance on investments in precious metals, currency exchange, money transfers, etc.

• Responding to customer inquiries about prices, discounts, investment options, and handling customer complaints by offering excellent customer service.

• Promoting products and services to customers through an active sales strategy.

• Accepting payments in cash and by card, issuing receipts/invoices, refunds, and recording transactions.

Who we believe you are:

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Have completed secondary education, preferably with a focus on the finance sector.

• Have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Teams).

It is an advantage if you:

• Have previous work experience in sales, finance, or currency exchange.
