About the role
As an HR Business Partner with us, you will play a central role in supporting the business in Sweden by driving and developing HR processes and strategies. You will work closely with managers and leaders to ensure that HR contributes to business success.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting and coaching managers in HR-related issues such as labor law, work environment, skills development, and change management.
- Ensuring that the company's HR processes are implemented and followed.
- Managing and developing labor law and union relations.
- Contributing to strategic HR work by analyzing and implementing HR data and key metrics.
- Being responsible for operational HR tasks, such as contract management.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role of HR Business Partner, we see that you have:
- A relevant academic degree in HR, human resources, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably in an international or matrix organization.
- Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience in union negotiations.
- Experience in coaching and supporting managers in HR issues.
- The ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and self-driven. You thrive in a fast-changing environment and have a strong business understanding.
