Congratulations on a great choice and welcome to take your first step on an exciting journey into the world of fitness! We invite you to an instructor audition with us to get more information about the profession, meet other interested job seekers, and have a chance to showcase and present yourself! You can apply with or without previous experience/education. You who are applying are used to attending group training classes, and the concept you are applying for you have participated in as a member for at least 12 months. You can sign up for the audition below that works for you. Which club you will work at will be discussed in the next step of your employment. In this recruitment, we are primarily looking for instructors for Stockholm City, Lidingö, and Danderyd.

• Aerobic/step/dance, prepare a block choreography.
• Yoga, prepare a sun salutation of your choice and two warrior poses.
• Cycling, choose a song and plan or idea for your setup.
• Cardio Walking should include a sequence with the semiflex position.
• Zumba/dance, prepare a self-choreographed song in any genre.
• Crosschallenge/crosscage, prepare a circuit training with four stations.
• BODYPUMP, show a self-choreographed warm-up song.
• FIGHT, show a setup with simple punches/kicks. Either in pairs or on your own.
• GRIT, show a song from GRIT Strength that is self-choreographed.
• Other Les Mills classes, prepare a song of your choice with your own choreography.
