Your Responsibilities

As a custodian, you will play an important role in the maintenance and upkeep of the property and our outdoor areas. You will work to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for property maintenance, both indoors and outdoors.
• Oversee the operation of the washing water facility.
• Perform snow removal and ice control as needed.
• Conduct safety inspections during contractor visits.

Tasks:

• Ensure the maintenance of the property and handle repair requests.
• Care for flowers, outdoor furniture, lawn mowing, brush clearing, flagging.
• Restock first aid kits.
• Be responsible for ordering snow plowing and sanding services.
• Participate in contractor work.
• Order service and waste collection.
• Maintain order in the environmental station.
• Assist with all tasks related to the property.
• Order and restock safety and sanitation equipment.
• Review, code, and comment on invoices.
• Participate in the development of a maintenance plan for the property.

Your Profile

• Good computer skills and ability to use digital tools.
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and responsible, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Handy and engaged.
• Driver's license (B).
