Since 2023, we have been located in newly built, very nice, purpose-built premises in Kungsängen. We are looking for a service technician/customer representative who has good computer skills, knowledge of spare parts, is a problem solver, and has general technical knowledge. We would like you to have experience with CABAS, spare parts ordering, and customer interaction. As a person, it is desirable that you have good social skills, are stress-resistant, and attentive.

Your tasks will include supporting the mechanics and salespeople with complaints, ordering spare parts, answering technical questions over the phone and on-site, as well as handling insurance claims. You may also need to assist with mechanical work in the workshop as needed. Experience in the motorhome and caravan industry is preferred as technical knowledge is required for the role of customer representative. The brands we work with are McLouis, Eura Mobil, and Karmann Mobil.

Autohallen Husbilar was founded in Alingsås in 2003. We have locations in Kungsängen (head office), Borås, Lomma, and Karlstad. Autohallen is the general importer for new McLouis, Eura Mobil, and Karmann Mobil motorhomes and also sells new Carthago motorhomes as well as used motorhomes and caravans. The group also includes Albins Husbilar in Valskog. Albins Husbilar also sells Adria, Carthago, and Kabe motorhomes.
