About the position

As a Service Mechanic/service technician at our client, you are a key player in ensuring that customers' requirements and expectations are not only met but exceeded. You will work with:

• Service and repairs of vehicles.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Contributing to high customer satisfaction by delivering work of the highest quality.

Although your focus is on repairs and maintenance, you will also have contact with customers and play an important role in building long-term relationships. Your willingness to develop and learn is more important than having all the answers already.

Qualifications

We believe that you who are applying have:

• Automotive technical education.
• Driving license B.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious (not a requirement):

• Experience working with BMW/MINI cars or electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Knowledge of Kobra or other relevant IT systems.
