The Joint Management Administration consists of the areas of Support and Development, Strategic Community Planning, HR, Communication, and Planning and Follow-up.
The administration is tasked with leading, supporting, and coordinating the entire municipal organization on behalf of the municipal council. This is done by focusing on the customer's needs and having a holistic view and common working methods. We are a learning organization that promotes innovation and learning from both the outside world and each other.
Within the fire service, 46 full-time employees and over 50 part-time employees work. The position is located at the fire station in Motala.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position involves working in a specific area related to Community Protection and Preparedness. The unit handles preventive work such as regulatory enforcement, training, and information as well as civil preparedness, internal security, crime prevention, and insurance.
The position also includes the role of Deputy Fire Chief, which means that the fire service is appropriately organized, and that rescue operations can begin within an acceptable time and be carried out effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who are applying should have the following formal qualifications:
- Degree in Fire Engineering from (LTH or LU) and completed MSB's Advanced Training in Fire Service for Fire Engineers (RUB) with a passing grade. Alternatively, MSB's Command Course for Incident Leaders (formerly Rescue Management B) with a passing grade. You should also have a B driver's license.
- If you have experience or education in security work such as Internal Security, Crime Prevention, and Civil Preparedness, we consider this an advantage.
