We are currently looking for a consultant for an exciting assignment in customer support and order management. As a customer support representative, you will be an important contact person for both internal and external customers. You will handle incoming customer orders and ensure that each order and inquiry is managed professionally and efficiently. The role involves daily contact with customers where you provide updates on order status and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved in collaboration with internal teams.

You will coordinate cases between different departments such as sales, logistics, and after-sales to ensure smooth deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Invoicing of customer orders is part of the tasks, as well as actively participating in improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

We would like you to have:

• A structured and service-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a natural talent for creating and maintaining customer relationships.
• A solution-oriented and professional work style in all situations.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or other administrative roles.
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana or other business systems is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
