Future Technical Salesperson Wanted at BIM Kemi in Northern Sweden
As a Technical Salesperson, your task is value-creating and long-term sales with Northern Norrland as your base. At BIM Kemi, the goal is to be local experts for customers – here, added value is created for the customer in terms of both knowledge and products. In this role, you will directly engage with existing customers and provide them with customer-oriented service. Your work includes service, prospecting and mapping customer needs, as well as proposing potential solutions. A large part of the job involves measuring and following up on the customer's flows. Writing trial proposals and training operators are also part of your responsibilities. Even though you work a lot in the field independently, you always do so with support from your sales colleagues, Market Segment Team (MST), and your R&D team.
To get started correctly as a future Technical Salesperson, you will begin as sales support if you do not have the previous experience we are looking for, to become a BIM salesperson. This is a position where you are offered a varied, challenging, and flexible everyday life, where you will make exciting customer visits to companies within the Swedish pulp and paper industry that vary in both size and manufactured products.
We are looking for someone who has a passionate interest in chemical solutions and can present these to your customers in a trustworthy manner! As a person, you are driven, results-oriented, and responsible. You are systematic, attentive, and have a good technical understanding of processes.

For the role of Technical Salesperson at BIM Kemi, we see that you have previous experience in the pulp and paper industry. You may have previously worked as a process operator, process engineer or come from a background in sales towards the industry. In addition to being business-oriented, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
