H-Safety AB is a company specialized in work environment, protection, and safety with operations in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with our customers and support them in their work environment efforts. You will participate in safety rounds, follow up on deviations, and contribute to creating a safer work environment at our customers' workplaces. The role involves both practical and administrative work where you help identify and prevent risks. You will work independently but always have support from experienced colleagues. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop and gradually take on more responsibility.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in a supervisory role within construction, civil engineering, or industry, and who has been involved in work environment issues, such as participating in safety rounds or being a safety representative. To thrive in this role, you need to have a commitment to work environment and safety and a desire to further develop in the field. You are a person who enjoys working with others and finds it easy to communicate and collaborate with both colleagues and customers. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as a B driver's license.
