ABOUT THE POSITION

TAWI is a Swedish company that develops innovative lifting solutions for ergonomic material handling. We are now looking for a Junior Operations and Improvement Coordinator to support the production manager in driving improvement initiatives, optimizing production processes, and managing smaller operational and property-related tasks.

This is a junior role that provides you with practical experience in process optimization, property coordination, and production. You will be part of the production management team and work closely with both the production manager and the production team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

• Optimize workflows and production layout for increased efficiency.
• Participate in and drive improvement initiatives within production.
• Coordinate maintenance and property projects and collaborate with contractors.
• Follow up on maintenance schedules and workplace improvements.
• Manage inventory and coordinate the purchase of consumables.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Relevant post-secondary education in production management, industrial economics, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong interest in improvement work and production development.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about production flows and operational improvements.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English as communication occurs in both languages.

It is an advantage if you have

• Previous experience in production, operations, or property coordination.
• Experience in workflow optimization, process improvements, or administrative coordination.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
