About the role

As a preschool teacher with us, you will plan and lead educational activities that encourage children's independence and curiosity. In your role, you will closely collaborate with both colleagues and engaged parents to create a safe and positive learning environment. You will monitor and document children's development and continuously work to adapt activities to their needs and interests.

About you

We are looking for a qualified preschool teacher who is passionate about Montessori pedagogy. You may have training and experience in Montessori pedagogy, although it is not a requirement. It is important that you are engaged, attentive, and have a positive attitude towards children and colleagues. A strong drive and willingness to contribute new ideas and perspectives are important qualities for developing the operations together with us. You should also enjoy working in a parent cooperative where collaboration and communication are central.
