JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a driven teacher with qualifications to teach physical education at Skogstorpsskolan.

As a teacher, you will help develop the school's pedagogical activities. You are a clear and structured leader in the classroom with good pedagogical skills in teaching. You have high expectations for the students and can motivate them to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements.

You adapt your teaching to the students and have a formative approach. Your pedagogical mission often requires inventiveness, creativity, and flexibility, and you use strategies to promote students' motivation, participation, and influence.

You find it easy to collaborate and see the work team as an asset. Together with the team, you plan, implement, evaluate, and develop teaching based on the school's governing documents and goals. The work also requires collaboration with other colleagues at the school. In the role of a teacher, a good ability to analyze the child's needs and the ability to use a methodology well adapted to the student and the group is required.

The school is part of an improvement initiative together with the Swedish National Agency for Education and Linnaeus University. There, relational leadership in the classroom is a major focus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teaching certification with qualifications to teach grades 7-9 in physical education.
