JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Administrative support: Handling documentation, minute-taking, and meeting bookings
• Financial follow-up: Cost tracking, budget management, and reporting
• Technical work: Participate in planning, analyze data, and prepare decision-making materials

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a completed education of at least 180 credits in construction engineering or civil engineering
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English, as both languages are used in the role
• Has a B driver's license as travel may occur in the position

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience working in the construction and civil engineering industry
• Experience in project work or technical assignments through internships, summer jobs, or thesis work
