We are looking for someone with a lot of energy who can communicate well and is passionate about their job and can keep things organized.

We have 20 properties that we rent out to companies.

We renovate, we clean, we take care of new guests, and we know that the guests are kings.

We do everything for our guests to make them feel comfortable and to come back time and time again.

Intensive, always a lot to do.

New bookings.

New guests.

Old buildings with a lot of maintenance, and several buildings we have not yet put into operation.

So we have an incredible amount of work with renovations, carpentry, painting, heating systems, heat pumps, pellets; there is a lot of maintenance also with roofs and exterior walls, installing new windows, and constantly improving...

We do a lot of recycling.

We invest as much as possible in recycling.

We have transported hundreds of loads of furniture and other items from the big cities to Västernorrland where we have most of our properties.

We recycle beautiful kitchens that we get from nice homes in, for example, Stockholm and install them in our apartments and houses in the north.

We make use of indoor and outdoor jacuzzis.

We want to upgrade our properties so that our guests have hotel standards or even better.

We also have a sister company that works with sound and light, so we have access to thousands of square meters of sound and light equipment that we also integrate into many properties so that tenants who want DJ, sound, light equipment, and studio can get their needs met.

So our goal is for our guests to feel so good that they never want to leave us and always want to come back.

What we offer is so unique and wonderful; a beautiful natural environment with advanced electronics and plenty of opportunities to do fun things both indoors and outdoors.

A real mansion with a spa.

That is what we want to create at every place we have.

And we have many places.

These include apartment buildings, villas, and farms.

All are beautifully located; one of these even has its own sandy beach of 350 m.

We also own a campsite called Ramsjö Camping.

We are looking for someone who is multitasking and who is passionate about making the world a better place and improving life for themselves, our guests, and our employees.

Please note, we do not want people who think they are too good to, for example, clean when our cleaning staff cannot keep up.

That does not fit with us.

Everyone with us can roll up their sleeves and do what needs to be done, no matter what it is.

Just like you do when playing volleyball.

You dive in recklessly and know that there are other players who will catch you and who all want to go in the same direction.

There is a lot of space and much to do.

We operate rental of properties throughout Sweden, as well as sales of electronics via mail order.

You need to be a self-sufficient team member; you will join our family where everyone helps everyone. It is important for us that you are a good person, social, and goal-oriented.

You may need to work with guests present; then you represent the company. Being social and thinking about our customers is important, cleaning up after work is a must since it may be rented out the next day.

A driver's license and a car are more or less a requirement as you need to be able to get to the workplace. We do not have tools on site, so you must bring what you need.

If you have the opportunity to stay away for a while, there are jobs in several places; accommodation is included.

We want to receive reports with pictures and times before and after work because we cannot possibly keep track of all properties, what has been done or not done when new bookings come in. Before 10 PM the same day, a report is created via WhatsApp group.
