About the job
As an employee within the Competence Academy at the Swedish Pensions Agency, your focus area is to further develop the strategic competence supply work at the agency by supporting the implementation of the agency's competence supply strategy and coordinating the annual competence supply work.
This includes further developing methodological support to analyze competence supply needs, working with governing documents, and producing various initiatives. You will be the main support for HR and management teams in implementing new working methods in the area.
The HR unit has its own expertise in management and leadership development. Working to develop, coordinate, and conduct various management training programs is therefore a natural part of the role. You will develop and implement management and leadership initiatives for managers and management teams both individually and together with colleagues in the unit.
You will have the opportunity to drive development within your areas of responsibility with both operational and strategic elements in your daily work and a high variation of tasks. Sometimes you will be the one leading various competence development initiatives or facilitating dialogues, and sometimes you will work with governing documents, analysis of materials, and planning.
Team/context:
Your closest team consists of five competent employees who work focused on learning and competence development as well as management and leadership development. The group also includes the recruitment team with four employees. Together with our colleagues, we work with competence supply support throughout the employee journey. The HR unit is a qualified management support with a strategic and operational mission. The HR unit belongs to the department for agency governance and support and consists of a total of about 20 employees distributed across two groups.

Your profile
To thrive in the role, you need to be used to working with groups at different levels and instill confidence in meetings with various people. You have good collaborative and communicative skills. You see things from a holistic perspective and work in a structured manner.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Academic education in behavioral science or another area that the employer deems relevant
- Experience and current knowledge in strategic competence supply
- Worked with the development of competence supply processes and implementation of strategies
- Experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating management and leadership development initiatives
- Experience in management team development
- Experience working in an HR function
- Good knowledge of Swedish, in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have:
- Training in developmental leadership
- Training in indirect leadership
- Documented experience in developing working methods and implementing processes for strategic competence supply in a larger organization

Good to know
The position is a permanent full-time employment with a placement in Stockholm or Karlstad. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
The employment may be placed in a security class.
