TopWork is looking for Concrete Workers for an exciting client outside Vimmerby – Are you a skilled craftsman?

Are you a craftsman with experience in concrete work or other trades? Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working physically? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our client for future assignments.

About the position
Our client, a leading player in the concrete industry, manufactures prefabricated concrete elements and is now seeking concrete workers for their team. As a concrete worker, you will work with formwork, reinforcement, and casting, where your craftsmanship and precision are crucial for the quality of production. Here, you will work on exciting projects in a dynamic and developing work environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in concrete work or a trade focused on precision and quality.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong sense of detail.
• Is physically strong and enjoys handling heavy tasks.
• Can work independently and is a team player.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, to read blueprints and communicate effectively.

Desirable qualifications:

• Previous experience in the concrete industry or other concrete work.
• Forklift and overhead crane licenses.
• Experience from other trades that can add additional skills to the role.
